I am getting my carpets/ upholstery cleaned, what do I need to do to prepare?
We always recommend to clear the area from any items like clothes/ toys etc. In terms of furniture, any small items (coffee tables, bed side cabinets etc) things that can be easily removed its recommended to do so. In terms of big furniture, its best to leave where they are (we move what we can). Make sure pets are away as the front door will be open and just access to a sink.
Are the chemicals used safe?
YES! Eco - Pet - Child - mum - dad - friendly! Our chemicals are Alkaline and acidic based products, in fact they are known for helping with colds, bugs, COVID and allergies
How long will it take to dry?
Upholstery is around 24 hours. Carpets will depend on the type and the pile thickness, on average 2 - 8 hours.
Can I walk on it after its been cleaned?
Yes, just please be mindful of what is on your feet as your carpets can act like a sponge.
How long will it take to clean?
Please allow 1-2:30 hours for a clean, if we feel it will be longer we will let you know.
After its been cleaned, what do I need to do?
So once we leave, doors and windows open, air the areas as much as possible, AVOID heating at all cost! this will add to the dry time. You need high air flow for the perfect dry setting.
How often should I get my carpets/ upholstery cleaned?
Recommended is every 10-18 Months!
