Stage 1
Walkthrough and Inspection
A thorough walkthrough inspection with us gives you the opportunity to point out areas and items that need to be addressed. This is important in identifying any damages, heavy stains, certain fabrics and which chemicals to use.
Stage 3
Pre-Spray
Every section receives treatment with an eco-friendly, child-safe, and pet-friendly cleaning solution. This will directly confront any spots or stains, whilst also combatting any contaminants or nasties that might be hiding, as well as helping with allergies.
Stage 5:
Rinse and Extract
PURE SATISFACTION
All areas are thoroughly rinsed and extracted using a professional specialised cleaning solution and an industrial-grade extraction machine. This leaves your carpets and upholstery looking fresh, revitalised, and like new. Our solution not only brightens but also guarantees no colour loss.
Stage 2
Dry Vacuuming
Using a specialised vacuum to clean all areas. This in-depth vacuuming eradicates dry soil such as dust, hair, and debris to prepare the area for the deep cleaning stages.
Stage 4
Agitation
A specialised machine for an intensive brushing process. This ensures the pre-spray is worked deeply into the fibres, lifting the pile and any more additional dry soil but most importantly, boosting the removal of stubborn stains
Stage 6
Final Inspection
A final walkthrough with you ensures you are happy with the finished results and given the appropriate advice in after care. Additionally, any spots or stains that may not have been completely eradicated during stages 4 and 5 are addressed.
